Hi, I'm Joseph.
I spent more than 30 years in federal service running complex technical systems: cloud, network operations, and air and space programs. Now I put that same attention to detail into travel.
I'm also a PADI IDC Staff Instructor, which is where the name comes from. Pelagic means the open ocean, far from shore. That's the kind of travel I like best: a little further out than everyone else goes.
